§1 – General Rules
- Obey to the rules and terms of services provided by other platform for Lotus Transport (“us”) as well (including but not limited to: TruckersMP, and Discord).
- No NSFW materials unless specified channels.
- No insults or discrimination against specific person or group of people.
- No spam, trading, or flooding.
- No useless ping, tagging, or raiding.
- No personal information sharing.
- No advertising.
- Use text and voice channels according to their intended purposes.
- Use official language: English in general communication unless specified.
- Rules can be updated without prior notification.
- Rules can be exempted with permission granted by either Founder, Chief Executive Officer, or Community Director.
§2 – VTC Joining/Leaving Policy
- You must own a TruckersMP account.
- Meet the requirements stated in the official VTC page.
- Application process must be done through the recruitment system.
- Joining other VTC as their driver or any staffing post is not allowed. (However, being in an external event helper is allowed).
- Before leaving the VTC as a driver (another policy for staff), you must promptly notified the Fleet Manager and have their acknowledgment.
- You are not allowed to re-join us within 30 days after your departure.
- You are not allowed to join multiple VTCs at the same time.
